The Reporting Team
You are part of a reporting and analytics team that frequently develops reports for your organization. One day a user reaches out saying a report is broken. You know that the report has not changed so you dig into the underlying query to understand why the report appears off today. As expected it is an issue with the data quality and not the report. You work to identify who in the organization can address the issue, so that the report will be accurate.
You have now identified the problem, the impacted group, who can fix it, and have a query to identify the same problem in the future. You can mark the case closed or you can load that new rule into Perfect Data to be monitored in the future with automatic alerts to the team who can fix the underlying data problems.
