If you submit information through the Site (including via /schedule), you agree that:

• You have the right to provide that information to us.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant Perfect Data a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback without obligation to you, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERFECT DATA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERFECT DATA’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SITE (IF ANY), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Perfect Data and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required to protect the Site, our users, or Perfect Data. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles, unless your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
