"Management Action Plan"

Scenario

You have been asked to lead a special project team to identify and resolve an open management action plan. As you begin to understand the overall problem you realize it is actually a combination of different problems that are all contributing to the negative result. There are multiple teams that need to participate and fix their processes to help resolve the overall issue. All the groups rely on data from each other and they all claim the data is the problem.

As you begin working through the problem you can start writing rules to help break down the problem into individual components. As you start correcting the bad data the overall problem becomes less complex and closer to resolution.
